- Introduction
- As one of the Busan Metropolitan City's strategic intensive projects, a competitive center construction foremostly aimed to perform central functions of city's design infrastructure. The design concept was presented by defining the four elements that invigorate modern cities through cultural, social, regional, and spatial movements. As a central space for the design industry, which is of high value-add industry to the future, space organization for information collection and effective share was the key intention behind establishment of the center
