Introduction: The Incheon International Logistics Center is planned in a form where 48 companies engaged in comprehensive freight forwarders within the Free Trade Zone receive dedicated lease space based on the proportion of their contributed capital. Due to its location within the airport, the logistics warehouse faces a height restriction of 15 meters. To enhance land utilization efficiency, columns are strategically placed at 13.8-meter intervals, and the distinctive feature of the project is the construction of a 276-meter-long building.
