- Introduction

To secure the symbolism and awareness of the Korea Design Center, Heerim focused on plasticity as a landmark and the realization of an open image. The overall arrangement was planned reflecting the green network of the entire Bundang area, accepting the flow of the Tan Stream and the grid network of the city, and a raised openness and connectivity by emphasizing the western elevation in consideration of vehicle access, securing the frontality of the southeastern side in consideration of passenger access, creating the Design Plaza, and installing a bridge to connect the site to the Tan Stream.
