- Introduction
- The focus of the planning has been on building an international business city, a central commerce city, a culture and tourism city, and an eco-friendly city with a new vision of building a global city of the future based on the cultural environment and infrastructure of Hanoi. The international business city will become a bridgehead for international business activities of the 21st century South-East Asia, and the central commerce zone has been planned through the integration of commercial and cultural facilities to form a central commerce city.
