- Introduction
- The Cha Group Pangyo Research Center is a comprehensive future-oriented bioresearch facility for Industry-Academia joint research and exchange among Sungkwang Medical Foundation, Cha University, CHA Bio & Diostech, and CHA Biomed with the vision to become the world’s premier bioresearch institute. Located in Pangyo Techno Valley, a thriving R&D complex hub, the 'research building' on the north and the 'office building' on the south―‘ㄱ’ and ‘ㄴ’shaped respectively factoring in regional and environmental features―are linked by a courtyard and a connecting bridge. Operating facilities include a graduate medical school, a medical science research center, a stem cell research center, a multipurpose theater utilized as an auditorium, a convention center for large-scale international conferences and weddings, a 3D media hall, a fitness center and pool, and a state-of-the-art library.
