Gwangju Station Area Block A1, A2 Housing is located at 169-15 Yeok-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and comprises two main blocks: blocks A1, and A2. Block A1 contains nine buildings (B2F, 29F), 1,031 units for public rental, and block A2 contains two buildings (B2F,26F), 500 units for low-income households. An ecological waterfront park and Elysian garden overlooking the Gyeongancheon river are designed within block A1 complex. Moreover, community facilities including a tea house with an eco-friendly environment as well as a guest house, a kids cafe, a fitness center, etc., are designed for tenants. Block A2 is designed to supply homes for the youth, newlyweds, single-parents, and households receiving the rental housing allowance, at a lower price (60-80% of the rental market price).
