- Introduction
- This project applied reinforced concrete structure with partial post-tensioned concrete considering the future extension conditions while aluminum panels and terracotta panels were adapted for the exterior finishing materials. Especially, the rooftop floor (3F) was planned with greenery space having various plants and vegetable garden. The main building consists of a venture business support office for female, training facility, learning space and stores that the entrepreneurs can sell their products with total 130 parking spaces. In the underground space, Daebang subway station Exit no. 2 and 3 are directly connected to B2F for more convenient access to public transportation and 14 large-sized sunken gardens are designed at the same level to enhance the user's satisfaction by securing the natural environment of light, wind and green space.
