Design
- Introduction
- The site is located across from the previous Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency Headquarters in Anyang-dong, with a view of Surisan mountain. A friendly ambiance was created by securing a space articulating the openness and continuity between the existing urban district and the newly developed area. A shopping street is planned to improve the urban landscape along with the side road, also accessible from the main road using the level difference. The upper floors contain two buildings: an apartment building and an officetel building, accommodating 132 and 529 households respectively.
