- Introduction
- The project is 49F/B4F steel frame (incl. basement, SRC) and RC (ground level) structure located at the 1597th of Jung-dong district, Haeundae-gu, Busan City adjacent to residential, retail, housing and subway stations. The rocks were formed from the second basement level, and there was a concern about the complaints caused by the blasting. Semi Top-Down method is applied in consideration of the situation of the site, and CIP+SPS method was applied to minimize the impact on adjacent buildings and the site that resulted minimum civil complaints caused by construction and blasting.
