- Introduction
- The construction began in July 2017 in 311 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon and currently concrete structural frame work is undergoing from underground level 3BF to above ground level 2F~3F, where insulation and waterproof works are in progress at the same time. It is a 49-story, semi-skyscraper building, and has an outrigger system installed on the middle floor in case of an earthquake. After completion as a large-scale complex in M1-1,2 block of Songdo New Town, it is expected to play a role of landmark in the region by increasing the synergy effect of residence and tourism in connection with the facilities of the nearby international business complex. The "Heerim Architects & Planners Supervision Tema" is working hard to accomplish the project successfully.
