Design
- Introduction
- Unicity, proposed as a new urban development model for Changwon, aims to restore the value of a city that was once disconnected by a military base, positioning itself as a focal point for regional balanced growth and residential culture. As a multifunctional mini-city, Unicity integrates green spaces, connecting the central park along the green axis with the Sahwa Park, thereby realizing an eco-friendly green district. In addition to fulfilling various functions, Unicity prioritizes optimal views of surrounding parks by planning to become the tallest apartment complex in the region. The design maximizes natural light and ventilation while incorporating varying building heights to create a harmonious and balanced complex. The emphasis on pedestrian-centric design ensures safety, and a circular pathway system seamlessly connects four residential districts with commercial, office, cultural, and educational facilities. This approach enhances community interaction and convenience, establishing Unicity as a new landmark in Changwon, contributing to the city's revitalization and development.
