- Introduction
- As part of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation's structure-advancement project, the Incheon Gajwa-dong Knowledge Industry Center is to construct a new knowledge industry center that secured convenient transportation systems with roads in all direction, manufacturer-oriented floor height, drive-in system and synergy effects with Incheon Juan National Industrial Complex (Incheon J Valley). The building which commenced the construction work in January 2019, was planned with a straight drive-in system that the entrance and exits of the vehicle can be easily accessible, an internal vehicle passageway of at least 7.6M for the smooth floor movement of cargo vehicles, load design considering the characteristics of manufacturing industry to accommodate large-scale facilities and up to 5.6m of floor height for the use of heavy equipment.
