Lotte Castle Gold Park Tower, located in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, is the last project of the 4 blocks development that are designed by Heerim and constructed by Lotte E&C. It is composed of 960 officetel units (Tower 960), Retail (Marche d'Or 960), Tourist Hotel (Stars Hotel Doksan Branch), Office Facility and others. As a mixed-use cultural complex, integration of each use will create a synergy effect and it is expected to become a space where people would want to spend their time.
