Introduction: Located on the 23 Seongbok-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin City, this site is a mixed-use complex adjacent very closely to subway stations with retail facilities that are connected with New Bundang LIne and Seongbok Station, office-tel with 375 rooms, a large-scale apartment complex with 2,356 units. Supermarket, shopping mall, multiplex are expected to be opened in retail section and the complex will play a role as a landmark of Suji-gu in the future.
