- Introduction
- Yongin Distribution Center is located near Local Road No. 23, Gyeongbu Expressway, and Yongin Seoul Expressway, which is easily accessible from Seoul and other cities. The building is formed with a complex structure of RC, PC, and PEB system, with a large column spacing of 11m and a floor height of 10.4m. Regarding the space program, a freezer and refrigerator storage is on the first basement floor, cold storage is on the first floor to the fifth floor, along with auxiliary facilities such as offices and restaurants. Parking lanes and loading docks are installed on each floor to enable vehicles to approach each facility more easily, and the free movement area method was applied for the installation of stacking racks.
