- Introduction
- Located on the 1st block of the public housing district in Gurohang-dong, Seoul, “Hanyang Sujain Edu Hills” is an apartment complex of 634 units with 9 buildings of 18 stories above ground and 1 basement level. A sense of openness and pleasant environment is created in the complex by adopting south-oriented design and arranging the main building in consideration of the wind path. Moreover, the surrounding environment is considered while forming the skyline and framing the views to bring a new life and scenery into the complex. Since the complex is adjacent to Mt. Geonji in the east as well as Hang-dong Reservoir and Pureun Arboretum nearby, the residents can enjoy leisure life through diverse walking trails and bicycle paths. This complex is envisioned to be acknowledged as a luxury complex due to its spectacular park-type design, harmonized with its rich landscape.
