Design
- Introduction
- The site is located in Nokcheon 2 District, Hwado-eup, Namyangju, with five blocks, facing the Baekbongsan mountain- south; and Mukhyeoncheon stream-north, and east. Heerim designed a nature-friendly residential complex in harmony with nature by taking advantage of the surrounding natural environment's view, and the site slope. The center plaza is designed in the center to provide community spaces for each block. Welfare and community facilities are proposed by utilizing the difference in the level of the site. Namyangju Raon Private is a residential complex designed as a community by planning clear circulating routes, naturally connecting the 5 apartment complexes. The residential complex consists of welfare service facilities and 2,001 units in five blocks of multi-family housing.
