- Introduction
- Requirements for logistic distribution centers are increased considerably due to the expansion of the following three markets: e-commerce, 3rd party logistics, and overseas direct purchases. Yongin Gogori Logistics Center is also built to meet such needs, and the site has the advantage of being close to Seoul via Jungbu Expressway. By utilizing the slope of the existing forest land as much as possible, a refrigeration warehouse was placed in the basement to increase the insulation effect, and to secure the maximum storage area on the narrow land, the top floor was planned to be accessed with straight ramps utilizing geological factors instead of planning a circular lamp.
