- Introduction
- Paju Unjeong Jungheung S-Class is located in Block A29 of Unjeong District, which consists of Gyoha District, Unjeong 1, 2 Block and Unjeong 3 District in northern Gyeonggi. The complex is adjacent to Nambuk-ro, Paju-ro, and Seoul~Munsan Expressway. Nearby, Gongneungcheon Stream flows through the area, and educational facilities such as Sandeul Elementary School, Sannae Junior High School, Jisan High School, and Gyoha enior High School are located proximity. Additionally, various living facilities have developed around Paju City Hall, near Geumcheon Station.The project has received approval in September 2018, sales on May 2019, and construction completion in April 2022. Since green spaces and parks are located along Paju Unjeong A29 western and southern boundaries, it creates a nature-friendly residential environment with the concept of "A Village Where Nature Breathes Within the City." This complex has 1,262 residential units across 2 underground floors and 20 above ground floors. Per the district plan, residential building is facing south with plate-type, while the 20-story tower-type faces west. For accessibility and convenience, community and welfare facilities are located on the lower floors, ensuring easy access for residents, including individuals with disabilities.
