Jungheung S-Class Edupore is a large residential complex located in block 3 of expanded district within Gumi Industrial Complex, Indeok-ri, Sindong-myeon, Gyeongsangbuk-do with area of 92,594㎡. The surrounding area includes National Route 25, Kyungwoon University, Gumi Industrial Complex 4, and Sunsan C.C. with elementary, middle, and high school in close proximity. Since April 2015, the project was originally approved for development, but the project was temporariy put on hold before launching sales in November 2020. Then the construction began in December 2020, and the porject was completed in December 2023. Adjacent to the complex, the Sunsan C.C. leisure facility is located while the Seongsu Stream, a tributary flowing into the Nakdong River enhances the natural landscape behind the complex. With a vision of integrating nature into urban living, Jungheung S-Class Edufore aspires to create a residential environment where people and nature coexist harmoniously. Inspired by the layered rings of tree trunks formed over years, the design reflects the beauty and depth of nature’s variations in everyday life. The 1,555units of public residence at Block 3 is planned from B2 and 20F to 25F. In accordance with the public residence guidelines, the residence building features a plate-type layout face south. The western section of the complex has low-rise building under 15 stories, while the central area features a mix of tower-type and plate-type structures. The eastern section is planned with 25F tower. Furthermore, for accessibility and convenience, community and welfare facilities are located on the lower floors, ensuring easy access for residents, including individuals with disabilities.
