- Introduction
- Songdo Landmark City Central The Sharp is the tallest residential complex in the center of Songdo Landmark City. Eight apartment buildings consist of 2,230 units, four officetel buildings include 1,242 units, and a two-story shopping street is planned at the lower part of the officetel building. Facade design of this large residential complex applied color changes to indicate the four seasons. The terraced shopping mall is facing East Street to create a lively walking environment and a square in the center of the shopping mall is changing the commercial area into a cultural space. The residents will enjoy the healing in the community facilities, including a park that everyone will want to stay and visit, passages in the wood, a wide green, and water spaces.
