Design
- Introduction
- Located at the “Special Planning District of Doksan-dong Air Force Base”, the project site is the highest-rise residential complex in Geumcheon-gu, formed along the Siheung-daero. The retail facilities were arranged on the low-rise part using the level difference of the site while the terraced shopping streets were designed in the western specialized street to create a vibrant and diverse pedestrian environment. Especially, the central square in the complex was intended to be a local attraction for residents and visitors to enjoy and focused on revitalizing the plaza and shopping district. The upper part of the six residential buildings with 47-story, secured the sense of openness in the direction of north to south and maximized the sunlight and views. In addition, the sky lounge on the top floor provides a healing space with city view to the residents.
