The Seoul REITs is the construction project at the public residential land (Eunpyeong New Town and Yangcheon-gu) developed by SH Corporation where the first Seoul REITs leases the land to construct the public rental housings (Happy House) and SH Corporation takes responsibility for leasing. Newly-married couples, college students and rookies can be the tenant according to the eligibility requirements for happy housing, and it will be supplied for the stabilization of 2030 households such as young people and society mere beginners. In order to eliminate the complaints in the surrounding area due to the construction of rental housing, swimming pools, fitness center, social enterprises, youth start-up centers, and public libraries are planned to be developed for the residents as well as local people nearby. Heerim made a contract for construction management services of the design phase, construction phase and post-construction phase and our construction management team is striving for the successful completion of the 1st Seoul REITs Rental Housing construction project while performing design management, project cost management, construction progress & quality control and safety management and etc.
