- Introduction

The City of Seoul designated the Guui station area as a development promoted district at the end of 2006, in an effort to build a new base city in the northeastern region.
A large IT oriented business complex has been planned and low utilization strategic land areas, such as the lot of the Eastern District Court or KT, have been proposed for use according to the city plan. The plan to revitalize the existing downtown area, existing district unit plan zone, while maintaining the existing functions, has been established for coexistence with the new strategic project lot.
