- Introduction
- Located in the southwestern part of Hanam Misa District, "Misa Riversidecity Central Punggyeongchae" is neighbored with Gangdong-gu sharing the living area of Seoul closest and accessible to Jamsil and Gangnam easily through Sangil IC on the Outer Ring Road and Gangil IC on Olympic Highway. The complex designed with 8 residential buildings with 2 underground floors and 29 above ground floors, is consist of total 726 units with medium and large-sized unit types including 388 units of 84-pyeong type and 338 units 97-pyeong type. The complex arranged all units with south-faced type to maximize the sunlight and ventilation and four-bay structure with specialized designs to provide higher spatial utilization, such as alpha rooms, pantries, and variable walls.
