- Introduction
- By creating a foreign residential complex requested in the era of internationalization in Songdo, Incheon Free Economic Zone, the need to enhance the status and completeness of the city and further support the settlement environment for foreign Koreans living in their homeland was raised. Accordingly, the project was executed with the aim of strengthening the city brand following the creation of the first residential complex for foreigners in Korea, assisting settlement environment and creating residence specialized for foreign Koreans and enhancing the level of completion of the Songdo International Complex and promoting the city globalization.
