Introduction: TERRASQUARE, located in Bokdae-dong Cheongju City, pursues a new concept of lifestyle center with a new and energetic space plan that is composed of two spaces - "Terrace (space with nature) + Square". TERRASQUARE is a neighborhood living facility built in the last commercial area of a large-scale farming district in Cheongju City, and it is adjacent to large residential complex of about 6500 household units. The ground floor retails are designed as street malls located at the front of the main street and centered around the courtyard. Terraced retails in trends are planned on the second and third floors as a "Dual Mall" integrated with indoor and outdoor space. In particular, rooftop garden is designed as green urban space on 6F, 7F for the visitors and residents to enjoy and rest.
