Design
- Introduction
- The project is a residential housing complex with 642 units located in the center of Dasan Jingeon district of Namyangju. It is a meaningful project as the first building constructed by Youseung Construction in Dasa Jingeon district as the Youseung Hannaedeul Central. The complex was planned to have a medium-sized unit plan, and various efforts were made to design a complex that was different from the surrounding residential complexes by creating various resident-oriented facilities such as public and convenience facilities, themed landscape designs and others. All residential units have lay out as a tower type facing south, where block plan was designed considering wind path, openness and others. A bright and pleasant space was created by planning the resident's public facility in the sunken area in order to secure natural light and ventilation. Exterior space of the complex has various colors and themes to make an integrated and communicative community space for residents.
