- Commercial complex of Sejong City S-2 Living Area CR-2 lot is a differentiated shopping mall combining shopping, entertainment and culture. Facing the river on the south side of the site, the image of the Luxury Cruise floating on the Geum river is expressed through the formative elements and the glazing facade. The triangular shape site is actively utilized for the floor plans to fulfill customer's needs through the circulation type pedestrian loop and the entertainment node at each corner. The concept of ULC (Urban Lifestyle Center) is applied to the site that plays a role as the pivot point of culture through the central artirum.
