- Introduction
- Construction methods such as H-Pile retaining wall method + earth support structure + earth anchor, reinforced concrete box-frame construction + reinforced concrete, granite stone finishing for lower levels & exterior painting were applied for the project's site in 124-2 Mundong-dong, Geojae City, Gyeongsangnam-do Province. It is designed as a two-story underground building with a total floor area of 79,020㎡, a maximum floor number of 25F, 15F apartment and three subsidiary apartment blocks. It is a dual living area that enjoys nature in Geoje city center and precious assets in one place. The purpose of this project is to improve the living standards of residents by using high quality finishing materials, designing eco-friendly large-scale apartment complex with 1,164 residential units and outdoor garden with theme.
