- Introduction
- This project is the largest apartment block with 2,998 household units surrounded by schools and commercial areas in Paju, which is located in the center of Woonjeong New Town and where the 2nd free road meets with the edge of Woonjeong district green network. Therefore, the complex is designed by modular concrete PC at the basement floor to minimize the influence to surrounded area caused during the construction period. The specialized design is applied for three sectors such as education, safety and eco-friendly environment. On-site construction supervisors focus on the best quality assurance by organizing design review and main management items by phase at the beginning of the construction process.
