- Located at 876 Seongsa-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, 'e-Pyeonhansesang City Wondang' is a compact urban residential complex in a prime, transit-oriented location, just a 3-minute walk from Wondang Station on Seoul Subway Line 3. It boasts outstanding transportation accessibility, with Gwanghwamun reachable in about 30 minutes and excellent connections to the wider metropolitan area via the Seoul Ring Expressway, Pyeongtaek-Paju Expressway, and Incheon International Airport Expressway. The complex offers easy access to Seoul and major hubs like Starfield Goyang via Goyang-daero right in front. It also provides a safe educational environment with Seongsa Elementary, Middle, and High Schools within walking distance. Residents can enjoy a harmonious blend of convenience and nature, with administrative agencies such as Goyang City Hall and the Deogyang-gu Public Health Center, as well as pleasant green spaces and leisure facilities like Seongna Park and a sports center, located nearby.
