Jangdan 1st Elementary School

Introduction: Located in 1st-district unit planning area at Taejeon 6th district in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province, Jangdan 1st Elementary School is 5 stories building with total area of 10,749.30㎡ and GFA of 12,055.81㎡ constructed with reinforced concrete + steel structure (auditorium). Clay bricks, metal panels and flamed finish granite are applied as the building exterior materials and the buildings has been received energy efficiency grade as 1st grade as well as green building and barrier free (obstacle free living environment) certification. Moreover, new waterproof technology for the roof (No. 722) method is applied in the design.
