Introduction: The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is an external grant aid organization for poverty reduction and economic & social development in developing countries. Heerim concluded a contract for construction management services (CM) and is currently performing works in KOICA Laos and Vietnam since March last year. Among these projects, the Laotian Youth Alliance IT Center competency enhancement project aims to improve the quantitative and qualitative improvements of the IT education target and IT manpower.
