Introduction: E-Land Retail has devised plans for the construction of a complex shopping mall, "Lifestyle Mall," at Songdo International Business District F6-1, 2 blocks, connected to Incheon National University Station (Subway Line 1) in Songdo. Embracing the 'Terrace Valley' concept, this development unifies various programs like hotels, retails, offices, and officetels under a singular design language. The upper grid facade extends to the roadside, creating an inviting pedestrian-friendly environment, fostering diverse activities within an engaging, three-dimensional spatial layout. Embracing the city's nocturnal skyline, the project's architecture incorporates a grid facade enveloping the entire mass, poised to illuminate the night as a dynamic nocturnal landmark. The clever use of a gradually receding terrace concept aims not just to craft an expansive urban street identity but also to establish an inviting, multifaceted living space envisioned to embody E-Land's diverse content offerings. Celebrated with the prestigious IFEZ Landscape Award for its excellence, this endeavor aspires to redefine urban living, offering not just a shopping experience but a lifestyle destination that promises to stand as a landmark in the heart of Songdo.
