- Introduction
- Hoban Summit Godeok International New Town Edu Park is located in Block 43 of Godeok New Town, which is part of the Godeok New Town Phase 2 project. It was selected through a proposal plan in collaboration with Hoban Construction to supply housing for members of the Military Mutual Aid Association. The plan includes a floor area ratio of 180% or less, 766 households, arranged in seven main blocks, including a large central square. Within the district-wide plan, one block is designated for the highest floors (35 floors), where a Sky Community Center is planned. A separate pathway has been secured for convenient access and usage. To create a symbolic complex in Godeok, consideration was given to urban landscape, incorporating landmark designs, skylines, and harmony with the natural surroundings of Hambak Mountain. A vast external space and community within the complex were planned to establish a top-tier residential environment. Moreover, an active introduction of eco-friendly plans was undertaken to realize a residential space in Godeok International New City that embodies value beyond just a living space.
