Mokpo Hadang Jungheung S-class Centum View
Design
- Introduction
- Mokpo Hadang Jungheung S-Class Centum View was designed with two main priorities: Designing façade design as a landmark in Mokpo City, and space planning where residential and commercial areas are combined together in multi-complex itself. In order to be a balanced landmark of Mokpo, Heerim focused on a design that harmonizes with the natural environment of the city. The building height was designed lower than Cheonggye Mountain, which is the highest mountain in Mokpo. The color that harmonizes with the sea and the dynamic shape of the waves embodies design elements on the low-rise facade. Open-type residential spaces are designed to maximize the sense of openness within the units, taking full advantage of the surrounding natural features such as mountain or ocean. Moreover, the circulation of the residential and commercial areas was completely separated to secure privacy, symbolism, functionality, and a human-centered design in the residential complex. Accordingly, as an axis of landmark from anywhere in Mokpo, it will provide a harmonious aspect with the building situated in place with the beautiful natural scenery of Mokpo and become a pleasant place for people.
