- Introduction
- 'Chuncheon Central Park Prugio', located in the 1st block of the urban development project in Onui District, Chuncheon, is an area with convenient transportation and excellent infrastructure. Also, it is in the limelight as an emerging residential complex with high future value as it is also carrying out transportation benefits and large-scale development projects. Convenient facilities and leisure activities are available around the site to make an excellent location, such as the Bukhangang River, Uiamho Lake, and Gonjicheon Stream, as well as parks and natural environments. The stories of the project is 2 basement floors and 32 floors above ground with a total of 14 residential buildings facing South(Southeast and Southwest) and East-West, North-South directions are secured to maximize the right to sunlight and view. Three vehicle entrances (West, South, and North) were installed to disperse traffic congestion. Drop zone and Mom's Station were installed at the main entrance and sub-entrance to provide convenience. In order to improve sales quality, the dedicated area is varied from 59inches to 124 inches, giving consumers a wider range of choices. In particular, alpha room, pantry, dressing room, and study room were installed within the household to increase the satisfaction of actual users. The construction cost was minimized by installing a parking lot and community on the deck floor using a level difference. Considering the wide and long property of the site, a pleasant residential environment can be realized through the mixed arrangement of plate-shape and elliptical main building for the distance between buildings. Chuncheon Central Park Prugio is a large-scale of new residential complex with high future value in the lakeside city of Chuncheon, attracting attention as an eco-friendly complex.
