Design
- Introduction
- Gochon Castle & Familier City 1,2 Block, a project implementing replotting method under the urban development plan, consists of two complexes with a total number of 4,127 households composed of various unit types including 59, 74, 84, 99, 111, and 125. The Complex became a transportation hub with its accessibility to the Metropolitan area via Gimpo IC and Gochon IC --the outer ring roads of Seoul-- and Gimpo Urban Railway(Gimpo Goldline) opening in September 2019. In addition, the opening of Boreum Elementary School in the district along with the Hyundai Premium Outlet and Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport Branch in the vicinity secured living and educational infrastructures. It is also a nature-friendly complex having Gyeongin Ara Waterway in front and Mt. Buwang behind. The living environment of the 16-story is improved with provisions of a south-facing layout, and leisure activities and relaxations are available to residents with a swimming pool, a golf driving range, and a gymnasium within the complex. Furthermore, a community space is achieved by concentrating the welfare facilities in the central square of the complex.
