- Introduction
- This project is expected to transform Incheon South port into the center of logistics in the metropolitan area with a total floor area of 243,194㎡ with one basement floor and nine floors on the upper levels. In compliance with the new logistics trend, cold storage system, heat-resistant systems, and the latest performance of fire-fighting facilities (4 floors maximum) , as well as accessibility to all floors are provided. In addition, the site of Hangdong 7-ga, Jung-gu, Incheon, where the logistics center will be located, is adjacent to Chukhang-daero (45m wide) and Chukhang-daero 165-gil (35m wide). It is evaluated as the best logistics network site in the Incheon area since it has excellent access to airports and ports through expressway interchange (2nd Gyeongin expressway and Seoul 2nd expressway within 1km.
