Introduction: Due to the rapid increase in the number of members and the need for more programs and activities for women, a new women's center was developed. Diversified programs including the women's happiness center, and the women's employment/start-up center were introduced; a family health support center to prevent various family problems was also planned to respond the growing number of multi-cultural families and family issues. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to promote the development of women and to establish an independent women's center contributing to the promotion of women's rights and interests by providing systematic and professional education for women in various aspects of society which cultivate the ability to actively participate in society. The building is an RC+SRC (mega truss) structure including 1 basement level and 5 above-ground levels with curtain walls, AL sheet panels, and granite stone utilized as exterior finishes. Geothermal heating/cooling and solar power generation system are adopted to actively utilize renewable energy. High-speed information network, digital PA, and parking control system are included in telecommunication systems. Furthermore, In compliance with the safety management regulations for firefighting, systems such as automatic fire detection, emergency broadcasting, guidance lights, visual alarms, and fire pump facilities are utilized.
