- Introduction
- The Godeok-Gangil 8 Apartment Project was conducted under the Special Act on Public Housing as the site was assigned as the target site of Bogeumjari Housing Policy that aimed to provide high-quality residential facility for citizens without their own houses. The complex contains total of 946 social-mixed units, 526 units for let, 102 units for long-term rent, and 318 units for public rent. The units are composed of various area types including 29, 39, 49, 59, 74, 84. To create a complex that harmonizes with other complexes of the area, a complex that respects differences of each individual and a complex that creates a communal urban town, a public walking network, a library network to connect with surrounding urban planning to create a regional base, a family garden network as a diverse lifestyle program, were developed.
