- Goyang North Samsong District Woomi Lafiano, which contains a total of 527 households with 299 row-houses and 228 single-family houses, is scheduled to be completed in October 2021. Despite the single unit area of 84㎡, but each unit is differentiated by various convenience facilities and characters. All households were placed southward to secure abundant sunlight, and security systems such as CCTVs and triple glazed system windows were applied to solve security problems in detached houses. At the same time, all households were provided with large balconies, terraces, attic, and sunken to create a unique residential environment.
