Sejong Jungheung S-Class Centum View in a prime location connecting the central business district to a high-density residential area designed with the principles of Low Impact Development (LID) as per the city's master plan. Situated between a low-rise hill to the north and a waterfront park to the south, it seamlessly integrated contrasting elements such as urban and natural environments, high and low-density development, and commercial and residential facilities through a concept called WeAVE (Wave+Emblem, Every, Eco). The flowing design, reminiscent of the meandering flow of the Han River, introduces a unique cityscape featuring a central tower with panoramic views and patterns reflecting water and sky. The units are oriented to the south for natural sunlight, views of nature, and cross-ventilation. The high-rise terraced units redefine city living with their dynamic skyline and present a new lifestyle. To promote neighborly communication, pathways such as village streets, alleyways, and sky paths have been planned, embedding a human scale into the predominantly high-rise cityscape. The crowning glory is the 19th-floor sky path, spanning 330 meters, connecting the three northern towers, offering diverse community spaces and serving as a landmark in the city. The lower levels feature a botanical garden, kid's cafe, and silver cafe seamlessly integrated with the park. Committed to sustainability, the design incorporated 11 Low Impact Development (LID) techniques, ensuring an eco-friendly residential complex aligned with the master plan. Breaking free from the grid-like patterns of conventional city structures, Sejong Jungheung S-Class Centum View opens up the sky with its natural curves, poised to become the new iconic landmark of the city.
