- Introduction
- In the Samsong housing site development district in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, a mega-scale multi-use complex combining office, commercial and residential will be built. Samsong The Sharp Media City has an outstanding regional condition as it is a five-minute walk from the subway station, adjacent to commercial facilities such as Starfield Goyang, IKEA, and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and is highly accessible located in the vicinity of Seoul. Hence, it is envisioned to become a new landmark that will bring the value of the area to the next level. The Maeil Broadcasting Network(MBN) complex consists of three basement floors and 28 above-ground floors and is equipped with offices, dormitories, residential officetels, and broadcasting studios that can produce MBN's own programs. The officetel units are arranged towards the Southeast to secure the view of Mt. Bukhan, and south-facing unit configuration and cross-ventilation was planned to achieve the best living environment and location.
