- Introduction
- Last January 2017, Yeouido Gongjak Apartment selected KB Real Estate Trust as preferred bidder for the project operation and Heerim as architecture firm with the design of a high-rise residential complex of 49F and B5F viewing Han River. The site is surrounded by other apartment complexes, offices and facilities including the Seoul Apartment in the East, Sambu Apartment in the South, Park One in the West and LG Twin Towers in the North where the complex can be developed as a landmark of Yeouido. The strip mall stores, which took into consideration street appearance and vitality, are connected to the event plaza, resting space and pedestrian circulation, forming a green network complex. In addition, office facilities and officetels were located on the roadside of Yeoui-dong 7-gil to improve the quality of the residential environment and activate as a global financial hub.
