- Introduction
- Located in the D3 block of Suwon's Gwanggyo New Town, "Hillstate Gwanggyo" is a mixed-use complex spanning from the underground 3rd floor to the 49th floor above ground. The D3 block, situated within Gwanggyo Lake Park, is positioned between the Woncheon Lake and Sindae Lake, offering a unique dual-view of the lakes. Hillstate Gwanggyo boasts an exceptional location with bidirectional lake views, offering 1.48 million pyeong of green space and a central location within the 610,000 peyong of the lake park. Gwanggyo New Town benefits from excellent accessibility to Seoul, and D3 Block, with its forefront facing the Woncheon Lake, establishes the prime location for residential and mixed-use purposes. Heerim has created a 300-meter pedestrian walkway along the Woncheon Lake’ shore, featuring 600 pyeong of retail space and cultural facilities. The residential officetel units are designed in a terrace form to provide a picturesque view of the lake park. Considerable attention has been given to both residential and investment aspects, with a focus on cost-effective construction plans, three-sided openness for lake views in all units, and a landmark tower with symbolic significance. Additionally, various theme parks such as walking paths, bike trails, grassy lawns, and event plazas have been strategically placed within the complex to provide residents with opportunities for leisure, relaxation, and exercise without having to go far. In the future, Hillstate Gwanggyo, with its unparalleled views, convenience, and comfortable living environment, is expected to become the Gwanggyo's premier "Lake Star.'"
