- Introduction
- Incheon Cheonangna Second Jeil Punggyeongchae Edu & Park Project is an apartment complex of 1,581 households in the Cheonangna district of Incheon. Located adjacent to the first Jeil Punggyeongchae Complex, the project has a significance as the second largest complex constructed in the Cheonangna district by Jeil Construction. The complex was designed for medium to large scale unit types with various community facilities and amenities along with theme-based landscape which has differentiated complex design from the surroundings. In addition, all units are designed to be facing south direction and secured the rights of daylight by arranging detached residences on the west side and the elementary school on the north side of the complex. Moreover, the wind path as well as the vistas were secured into the complex and the maximum sense of openness were considered during the layout plan. The skyline in the complex were also considered through various floors in the complex. At the outside of the complex, the community spaces were designed with theme spaces with specific color of each space in order to be connected and communicate with each other.
