- Introduction
- Adjacent to Woonam Station, which is the first station to be opened in the Wirye, the 'Wirye KCC Weltz Tower' is a mixed-use tower with 7 basement floors and 20 above ground floors. Studio apartment is planned to be 254 rooms from 5th floor to 20th floor, and the retail facilities from the 1st floor to the 4th floor. Especially for the newly-married couples and the elderly couples, studios as well as 2 bedrooms with separate bedroom and living room were planned which is suitable for 2-3 member households. Moreover, 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to four people were also planned. Based on its technology and experience in the Mixed-use facilities, followed by the completion of Hanwha Obelisk Central Square Project, Heerim continues to carry out diverse projects such as Hanam Misa Harrington Tower and Cheonangna The Terrace Lake from the same Client.
