Design
- Introduction
- This project is an apartment housing complex built on the site of A-2 Urban Development Project, Seongbong-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon. It is located at the beginning of entering Daejeon city near Sintanjin Interchange and Daejeon Sintanjin Station of Gyeongbu Expressway. There are 59PY, 84A, 84B, 84C unit types, and the complex was planned considering the wind way, maximum of openness. Level plan of the complex was adapted to the topography and the cross-sectional shape of the apartment block was utilized to the levels. Community facility for residents was planned by designing the sunken in the central plaza and user's convenience, accessibility was considered by planning a mini gymnasium that can be used for various purposes. In addition, outdoor spaces and landscape design in the south were planned with themes to provide communication space for residents.
